I absolutely LOVE The Fit Box! As someone who likes to work out and eat healthy, I have found my favorite place where I have gotten the best workouts of all time to be at The Fit Box. The staff are caring and encouraging - they will help push you to your limits and guide you to ensure you have an amazing workout! Everyone has a work family and a family at home - but why not have a workout/boxing family? The Fit Box is definitely a family gym and it's a sigh of relief to find an escape from life's stressors by punching a bag, knowing you're burning calories and making friends with the same goals. I can't get enough of The Fit Box!
